Frayintermedia recently had the opportunity to provide full-spectrum social media support to Infrastructure South Africa (ISA) during one of their most ambitious events to date — the Sustainable Infrastructure Development Symposium of South Africa 2025 (SIDSSA25).

Over the course of the symposium, we managed a high-tempo digital environment where up to eight livestreams ran concurrently across platforms. Our team ensured every session — from keynote addresses to panel discussions and media briefings — was accessible in real time to online audiences.

Multi-Stream Coverage

SIDSSA25 was not only a significant policy and investment forum, but also a digital production challenge. Our role involved:

  • Managing simultaneous live feeds for sessions happening across different venues and time zones.
  • Coordinating updates across ISA’s official social media channels including:

In total, dozens of multimedia posts were published in real time — including quotes, speaker images, and video clips — tailored to each platform and audience.

Agile and Embedded

Our team operated as an embedded partner with ISA’s communications and event staff, ensuring alignment on messaging, rapid turnaround for media assets, and real-time reporting on performance and reach.

We also supported engagement strategies by monitoring interactions, responding to queries, and spotlighting key moments from the symposium to drive momentum across social channels.

Building Digital Presence for Infrastructure Development

Events like SIDSSA25 are not only about what happens in the room — they are also about who is watching, sharing, and responding online. By integrating live digital coverage with structured content planning, we helped ISA amplify its voice and vision around sustainable infrastructure.

We’re proud to have been part of telling that story.

SIDSSA25 – a gathering of the top construction companies, government and sector-based stakeholders in Cape Town.
