  • Training for executives in effective and efficient communication, including on-camera training;

    • Leadership skills programmes for newsroom managers & future industry leaders

    • Media Research

  • We deliver courses across Africa and the Middle East

  • We are MICT-Seta accredited to deliver the National Certificate: Journalism (NQF 5) and all its component skills programmes

  • Our clients include NGOs, Corporates, Government, Universities, Global Funders, Foreign Governments

  • We developed the Narrative Journalism Conference, the Science Conference and set up Power Reporting for Wits University

frayintermedia has always provided personal, professional service, have always been attentive and responsive and respected deadlines and other pressures. I have taken part in their workshops, conferences and training sessions in many capacities – including as a speaker and client – and have found them to be of consistently high quality, well organised and – where appropriate – useful for my students.

WAN-IFRA has worked extensively with Paula Fray over the past three years. Paula is a consummate professional who has a unique ability to combine her significant theoretical knowledge of leadership and newsroom management practices with her extensive experience as a successful media executive. Her workshops are dynamic and practical, and her collaborative approach to curriculum development means that each workshop is specifically tailored to her audience and designed to impart practical advice and know-how. We are proud of the impact we have had on the professional development of media managers across cross Southern Africa and the MENA region, a great deal of which is thanks to our ongoing partnership with Paula Fray and frayintermedia.

frayintermedia has been an excellent sounding for Media24 in terms of setting up a strategy for training and employing different methods to achieve our desired outcomes. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
