What We Do
Civil Society
frayintermedia recognises that a strong and vibrant civil society is the greatest guarantor of the success of democracy, but that the voices raised by this sector are often too weak to significantly influence state and corporate policy, or to enable a coherent grassroots response. We offer targeted training for civic activists in getting their message across to the mainstream media and to leading decision-makers. In addition, we offer technical and professional support for non-profit community and small-scale commercial media, in order to broaden the representivity and diversity of democratic debate.
